Construction Technology

This section explains the different construction technologies we offer, from shipping containers to steel and timber-based systems. You’ll find details on the advantages of each method, what types of buildings they’re best suited for, and how they impact design, durability, and sustainability.

Shipping Containers

We use shipping containers that are adapted for various functions: residential, office, commercial, or event purposes. With years of experience and hundreds of completed projects, we know exactly how to work with them. We create seasonal or year-round buildings, single- or multi-module, even up to 3 storeys high.

Welded Steel Structures

This technology is typically used for residential buildings, offices, and mobile homes. It offers great freedom in shaping the building’s form and dimensions, without the limitations characteristic of shipping containers. It’s an excellent solution for both single- and multi-module buildings.

Light Gauge Steel Structures (LGS)

This is a relatively new solution in the European market, providing high flexibility in dimensions and room layout. It features excellent insulation properties and high rigidity with a low weight. It’s ideal for multi-module residential buildings.

Wooden Frame Structures

A very popular technology with many advantages, especially suitable for smaller residential buildings (both single- and multi-module). We primarily use organic materials in this method, which helps maintain a healthy indoor climate.

Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT)

We are one of the few companies in Europe offering turnkey modular buildings in this technology. CLT is an exceptionally durable and eco-friendly construction method, suitable for both small structures and multi-storey buildings. Thanks to our modern production line, we can build virtually any type of building in less than 6 months. It’s a perfect choice for those who value natural materials, a healthy indoor environment, and sustainability.

Project Stages

Here, you’ll find a step-by-step breakdown of our collaboration process. From the initial consultation and design phase to production, site preparation, delivery, and installation. It’s a guide to what to expect at each stage and how we support you throughout the project.

Consultation

We offer dozens of ready-made building models, as well as the option for fully custom-designed projects. During the consultation (online or at one of our production facilities in Poland), we discuss the client’s needs and requirements and then select the appropriate construction method.

Design Work

Our team of architects and engineers either adapts a ready-made design or creates a new one, based on the consultation. The design phase typically takes a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the investment. The client receives complete technical documentation, including the energy performance certificate and all documents necessary for obtaining a building permit.

Production

Depending on the chosen technology, the production process takes between 8 and 20 weeks. The buildings are manufactured in Poland at one of our partner production facilities. Clients are kept updated on progress through regular reports and photo documentation, and they are welcome to visit the production site.

Site Preparation

The client is responsible for preparing the construction site (foundations, earthworks, crane for unloading), but we provide all necessary guidelines and support at every stage. We also assist in selecting the right subcontractors.

Delivery and Assembly

Once production is complete, we organize transport and on-site assembly. Depending on the location, transport may take several days. Assembly of a single-module building typically takes a few hours, while multi-module buildings may take a few days, depending on the size of the investment.

Payment and Warranty

This section covers how payments are structured, what kind of warranty you receive with your building, and what financing options are available (such as leasing in selected countries). It’s everything you need to know to plan your investment with confidence.

Payment

Payment for your building is divided into three stages, as outlined in the contract:
• 50% production deposit upon signing the agreement
• 40% upon completion of factory construction
• 10% upon delivery of the building to the client

Warranty

Our buildings come with a warranty compliant with the regulations of the country in which the building is delivered. This ensures the client is protected to the same extent as with a local supplier.

Leasing

We cooperate with several companies that offer leasing options for our buildings. Such financing solutions are available in countries including Poland, Sweden, and Germany.
