MOMO Barn House - Poland, Inowroclaw
MOMO Barn House is a modular all-year-round house based on a steel frame. Ground floor with a spacious living room with a kitchenette, bathroom and entry hall. On the first floor, you will find two extra bedrooms.
The house is built on our production site passing through all stages of production until it is completely finished. After completion at the production site, it is transported to its final destination.
MOMO Barn House is assembled within 1-2 days and then ready to use. The house is delivered in a turn-key standard.
MOMO Barn House is also available in a few different sizes.
- 62 m2 with an extra single floor module 4.3 m wide, 4.1 m long and 3.1 m height (additional bedroom)
- 78 m2 with an extra single floor module 4.3 m wide, 7.8 m long and 3.1 m height (additional bedroom and extra living space)
- 92 m2 with an extra single floor module 4.5 m wide, 11.4 m long and 3.1 m height (additional bedroom and extra living space)
- 113 m2 that is built out of two standard houses with an extra single floor module in between of them – 4.3 m wide, 6.3 m long and 3.1 m height (additional living space)

Payment
Payment for your house is divided into 3 stages secured by a contract:
- 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
- 30% payment after the building is built in our factory
- 20% payment after the building arrives to the Client
