The cannabis cultivation container is the result of a collaboration between two well-established companies – modular building specialists MOMO and closed-environment cannabis cultivation experts Green Jungle. The project combines innovative architectural solutions with practical horticultural expertise, creating a comprehensive environment for year-round, fully controlled plant cultivation.
The container’s interior is divided into two zones: a technical area and a cultivation area. The technical room houses all supporting systems – from water filtration and nutrient mixing to climate and lighting control. The cultivation zone is equipped with aluminium tables featuring two growing levels and a plant support system.
Optimal growing conditions are maintained by advanced systems: an HVAC unit with heating and cooling functions, an industrial-grade dehumidifier, and ultrasonic humidifiers. Air circulation is ensured by circulation and mixing fans, allowing for precise control of temperature and humidity.
Lighting is provided by 32 full-spectrum LED lamps that support plant development throughout all growth stages. Additional green lighting allows for safe night-time access without disrupting the photoperiod.
The integrated Aranet system continuously monitors environmental parameters such as air and leaf temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, PAR, and root zone conditions. All systems are connected to Siemens automation and can be remotely controlled.
Security is ensured by double RC3-rated steel doors with electronic locks and a Ubiquiti camera system, allowing remote visual access to the container.

We offer our Clients buyback of our shipping container houses up till 2 years from the day of delivery. To validate the value of used product we need to inspect it first and consider potential repairs and loss of value. To estimate it correctly, we provide detailed calculations to our Clients.
Payment
Payment for your building is divided into 3 stages, secured by a contract:
- 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
- 45% payment after the building is built in our factory
- 5% payment after the building arrives at the Client
