MOMO leo XL is a single-story house with a floor area of 60m2. It is based on two 40” containers (12.2m long). It is a year-round building built by applicable building regulations.
The dark facade combined with wood. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. This container house has 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchenette and one bathroom—the perfect space for a small family.
The house is delivered as a “turnkey” standard. It has a full-sized bathroom, 3 separate bedrooms, ventilation, an air-to-air heat pump, air conditioning, a water heater, and infrared floor heating. Optional kitchen.
MOMO leo XL is ready for use the same day it is delivered. Thanks to the design based on a sea container, it can be easily moved from place to place.

Guaranteed buyback
We offer our Clients buyback of our shipping container houses up till 2 years from the day of delivery. To validate the value of used product we need to inspect it first and consider potential repairs and loss of value. To estimate it correctly, we provide detailed calculations to our Clients.
Payment
Payment for your building is divided into 3 stages secured by a contract:
- 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
- 40% payment after the building is built in our factory
- 10% payment after the building arrives to the Client
