MOMO titan is the most affordable 30m2 container home in our range. However, there’s no room for compromise, as the house is finished to a high standard. It’s an ideal solution for a vacation home, guest house, or rental property.

It’s based on a 40” container (12.2m long). It’s a year-round structure built in accordance with the current building regulations. This is the perfect option for a holiday home or a rental property. Our container hotel in Kazimierz Dolny, consisting of two such units, received a 9.7 rating on Booking.com! The house is delivered as a “turn-key” solution. It has a full-sized bathroom, a separate bedroom, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. An optional kitchen is available.

MOMO titan is ready for use on the same day it’s delivered. Thanks to its design based on a shipping container, it can be easily relocated from one place to another.
