MOMO self-service shop is a modular, self-service retail unit designed for modern, automated sales. The building was developed through a collaboration between MOMO Bygg Teknik AB (building supplier) and The Honest Box of Sweden AB (technology and access system provider). It is available in three sizes (6, 9, and 12 meters in length) and delivered as a turn-key solution, fully compliant with Swedish building standards.
The shop is equipped with the HonestBox automatic access system, complete electrical installation, heating, and air conditioning. The interior is finished with sandwich panels and commercial-grade vinyl flooring, while large glass surfaces provide a modern and functional appearance.
To start operating, the building only requires a power connection, placement on concrete blocks, and basic system configuration. The facade color, interior finishes, and equipment layout can all be customized to meet the client’s needs.
Thanks to its modular structure and solid steel frame, the unit can be easily transported and relocated. It is ideal as a retail point in urban, tourist, or seasonal locations.

Payment
Payment for your building is divided into 3 stages secured by a contract:
- 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
- 45% payment after the building is built in our factory
- 5% payment upon building acceptance by the Client
