Assembling your new house is not included in the offer.

We are using only CE certified materials. Our buildings are precisely designed and done according to the latest construction standards applicable in the country of delivery.

Below is a detailed list of all the things that are included in the price and extra-paid options.

As standard, all buildings from the offer are designed for the snow load 1,00-2,50 kN/m². The construction may have to be adjusted if you live further North.

We are using one-trip shipping containers. They are used once before they reach their destination. These boxes have been loaded with cargo one time and have made a single trip.This simple fact is giving you long lifetime security for your new home.

Guaranteed buyback

We offer our Clients buyback of our shipping container houses up till 2 years from the day of delivery. To validate the value of used product we need to inspect it first and consider potential repairs and loss of value. To estimate it correctly, we provide detailed caluclations to our Clients.

Included in the price

Turn-key standard

We are offering our products in a turn-key standard. Detailed information depends on the model and can be provided upon request.

Construction documentation

Free of charge. You will receive from us drawings (English, Polish or Swedish language) for:
– architectural layout
– construction details
– electrical installation outputs
– water / sewage installation outputs
– external connection to electrical, water, sewage

For an additional fee, we can help you with some of the extra works including:
– project customization (59 EUR net / design hour)
– 3D photo realistic visualizations (price starts at 400 EUR)

External Walls

Gutters

Container houses don’t require any gutters. The corrugated panels on the roof allow water to run off quickly, and the roof is sloped so that any water that does collect will flow towards the edges and down the sides of the container. This design prevents water from pooling on the roof and damaging the inside.
Above the outside doors and windows we provide a small lintel that prevents water from leaking inside.

Flashings, window sills

Our houses come with anthracite flashings and external window sills.

Exterior doors

We provide high quality PVC or steel (depending on the model) doors 90x200cm. Doors are equipped with steel door handles.

Windows

We are using PVC 2-glass windows and terrace doors with perimeter fittings. Some of them are non-opening. Finished in anthracite from the inside and outside. Ug = 0,7 W/(m2K)

For an additional cost you can replace them with 3-glass PVC windows.

Interior doors

We are providing our objects equipped with 80 x 200 cm high quality honeycomb core interior doors. As standard in a white color.

External lighting

Our houses are equipped with outdoor anthracite LED wall lights.

Electrical installation

Our houses are equipped with a complete electrical installation. We are using only EU certified materials. Anthracite PVC plug sockets, light switches and outdoor power plug.

Water installation

Our houses are equipped with a complete water installation. We are using only EU certified materials. If you don’t order an optional kitchen, you will receive from us dedicated water outputs that any plumber can easily connect to the dedicated kitchen appliances. Outdoor output is located on the side wall of the container. We recommend adding extra insulation or covering it to prevent it from freezing during the winter.

Sewage installation

Our houses are equipped with a complete sewage installation. We are using only EU certified materials. Outdoor output is located on the side wall of the container. We recommend adding extra insulation or covering it to prevent it from freezing during the winter.

Ventilation

Our houses are equipped with a complete mechanical ventilation that is electrically controlled.
We are using only EU certified materials.

Heating

Our houses have a complete heating and cooling system (if the object is equipped with A/C).
Electric heaters or infrared floor heating (depending on the model).
A/C with warming function located in the living room (if the object is equipped with A/C)
We are using only EU-certified materials.

Not included in the price

Foundation

We aren’t providing foundations for our buildings. Before the house is delivered, the foundation has to be ready. Our houses can be placed on a concrete slab, concrete blocks or a steel structure. We can provide base information.

Assembly

Assembly of the house is not included in the price.
There are a lot of dependencies so all the calculations will be prepared individually. We provide that service for free.
It requires a crane (the depends on the distance between the truck and the desired location). The whole assembly usually takes less than a day.

Before the house is transported to you and assembled, certain things must be already finished by you:
– Foundation must be ready. Dry and checked, prepared for the house-construction. We recommend either a concrete slab or a few concrete blocks placed on a compacted ground.
– Water, electrical and drainage outlets must be done and checked again with the drawings.
– Access to the plot must be provided for a truck and a crane. Min.7m free space diameter for the crane is necessary.

Transport

Transport of the house to the Client is not included in the price. MOMO containers are transported on a standard truck. It allows shipping almost anywhere.

Payment

Payment for your house is divided into 3 stages secured by a contract:
– 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
– 30% payment after the building is built in our factory
– 20% payment after the building arrives to the Client
