It’s based on a steel frame. It’s a year-round building. It only requires a connection to electricity and elemental foundations.
It’s fully customizable, including dimensions, accessories and windows. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy healthy habits.

Payment for your building is divided into 3 stages secured by a contract:
- 50% reservation fee when signing the contract
- 40% payment after the building is built in our factory
