Model MG1 – modular wooden house. This structure consists of two modules that can be combined in a single day. Available in 10 different designs, it chooses between full-time residence or vacation living. The architecture is sleek and modern, with a facade that can be personalized with wood, seam sheets, Vox panels, or Vinylit. Expansion is straightforward by adding extra modules, and the steel floor framework ensures easy transport and relocation.

The MG1 modular home’s standard model includes a living area, a small kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating two to four people for permanent or seasonal occupancy. Nine other models offer increased space and varying floor plans, some featuring three bedrooms and a dedicated entryway. The interior comes wholly outfitted, with various finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings available. There is also the option to have the home delivered fully furnished, complete with furniture, household appliances, and bathroom installations.

Our houses are available in three finishing standards:
Basic – a basic variant of a finished home, with a set of installations, but without furniture.
Comfort – a finished variant with a bathroom and kitchen, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, sanitary utensils, and household appliances, but without furniture in the rooms.
Premium – fully finished and equipped with furniture and appliances throughout the house in all rooms.
In addition, you have the option of extensive personalization from the elements of additional house furnishings.

Each model of the modular house has a steel and wooden structure, ensuring high durability and strength. The weight of the MG1 house, depending on the size of the frame, is about 8 tons.
