Model MG4 – modular wooden house. This building comprises four modules that can be assembled within a single day. It is available in nine different styles, varying in size and layout, with the smallest being 40.3 m2 and the largest 76.0 m2. The design is classic, featuring a wooden exterior and a range of colour options for customization. Additional modules can be added for expansion, and the exterior can be clad in either wood, steel, or composite materials.

The standard size is 7.9 by 5.0 m, but it can be increased to 10.4 by 6.1 m. The more elaborate versions of the MG4 modular house include extra rooms, expanded living areas, and several bedrooms and bathrooms. Inside, the house is fully equipped with various choices for wall, floor, and ceiling finishes. Additionally, purchasing the house fully furnished, including all furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures, is available.

Our houses are available in three finishing standards:
Basic – a basic variant of a finished home, with a set of installations, but without furniture.
Comfort – a finished variant with a bathroom and kitchen, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, sanitary utensils, and household appliances, but without furniture in the rooms.
Premium – fully finished and equipped with furniture and appliances throughout the house in all rooms.
In addition, you have the option of extensive personalization from the elements of additional house furnishings.

Each model of the modular house has a steel and wooden structure, ensuring high durability and strength. The weight of the MG4 house, depending on the size of the frame, is about 15 tons.
