Model MG2 – modular wooden house. It is a two-module building that can be assembled in one day. It comes in 14 variants of different sizes and external dimensions, offering year-round or holiday use options. The house features a minimalist design with a customizable external appearance, including wood, seam sheet, Vox panels, or Vinylit finishes. It can be easily expanded by adding more modules and is made on a steel floor frame, allowing effortless transportation and repositioning.
The MG2 modular house offers a basic version with a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, suitable for year-round or summer use by two to four people. There are 13 additional variants with larger dimensions and different layouts, including three bedrooms and a separate entrance vestibule. The house’s interior is fully finished, with options for wall, floor, and ceiling linings, and customers can choose to order a fully furnished house with furniture, appliances, and sanitary facilities included.

Our houses are available in three finishing standards:
Basic – a basic variant of a finished house, with a set of installations, but without furniture.
Comfort – a finished variant with a bathroom and kitchen, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, sanitary utensils, and household appliances, but without furniture in the rooms.
Premium – fully finished and equipped with furniture and appliances throughout the house in all rooms.
In addition, you have the option of extensive personalization from the elements of additional house furnishings.

Each model of the modular house has a steel and wooden structure, ensuring high durability and strength. The weight of the MG2 house, depending on the size of the frame, is about 8 tons.
